Fun times! I promise!

Yesterday, we launched something exciting at the bookstore—my very own book club, a first edition subscription. First editions! Signed whenever possible! Both fiction and non-fiction! I’ve picked the first six books already and they are so wonderful.

The first book is Heart the Lover by the very fabulous Lily King, whose books Writers and Lovers and Euphoria I bet you’ve already read and loved. Do you know that Lily King has red hair that cascades down her back like a mermaid? It’s not why I picked the book but it is true. The book is sexy and funny and sad and if that isn’t the trifecta, I don’t know what is.

You can sign up here and you won’t get charged until September, and you can get the books shipped to you or you can pick them up at the store.
