I received an advance reader copy of WRITERS AND LOVERS at a conference held a few months before its publication date. I loved that book so much, I soon reread it. I’ve read it at least once again after the first two times. But now I think I’ll have to put it in my stack again! I’m happy you love it too, Emma.

I run a mystery book club at my library, and we just read The Murder of Roger Ackroyd. I love Bernadette and Writers and Lovers!

The audiobook for Bernadette is so good, too! It's read by the actress who played Liz on Gilmore Girls! And Writers and Lovers gets my endorsement, too!

WHERE'D YOU GO BERNADETTE is the greatest, and it—along with THE VACATIONERS—taught me such essential lessons about the kinds of novels I want to write.

Thank you for a great summer reading list! I haven't read any of these books yet🙈, but I'll be picking The Murder of Roger Ackroyd soon.

Oh yay WHERE'S YOU GO BERNADETTE was already high on my list for this summer's reading (I learned last summer it helps my soul to read books with wintery stuff in summer to keep me cool!) Now I'm even more excited!

Having read most of Christie’s works, I can agree that Roger Ackroyd is among the top!
